Terms of use

Last updated 5 September 2026. Operated by Elixir Labs. Questions: hello@elixir.family.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the website at https://www.elixir.family and its data endpoints (together, the "Site"), operated by Elixir Labs ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site publishes research, a product design, and an execution ledger for a pool service on Robinhood Chain. The Site is informational. It is not a trading venue, wallet, custodian, exchange, broker, adviser, or fund. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any token, security, financial product or service in any jurisdiction.

3. Ledger data

The live ledger is labelled with its data source. A feed marked "Simulated" is a deterministic model generated from the published economics and contains no observed transactions. A feed marked "Onchain" is read from a public block explorer and may be incomplete, delayed, or affected by explorer errors. In either case we make no representation that the figures are accurate, complete or current, and you must not rely on them for any decision. See the Risk disclosure.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to break any law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at a rate that degrades service, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, or to misrepresent Site content as your own or as advice from us. The JSON and event-stream endpoints are provided for reasonable personal and integration use and may be rate-limited or withdrawn without notice.

5. Intellectual property

Site code is published under the licence in the repository. Research text is © Elixir Labs and may be quoted with attribution. PT Serif is used under the SIL Open Font License. Third-party names, including Robinhood, Uniswap, USDG and Basis, belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where consumer law implies guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, including trading losses, loss of tokens, loss of profit, or consequential loss, arising from use of or reliance on the Site or its data.

8. Third-party links

Links to block explorers, documentation, and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.

9. Changes

We may change the Site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
